Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) is a specialised assessment that identifies the underlying cause of pain and movement dysfunction by analysing how the brain controls your muscles. During this session, a series of precise muscle tests are used to detect imbalances, compensation patterns, and areas where the body is not functioning efficiently. Rather than only treating symptoms, this approach focuses on uncovering the root cause of the issue. Once these dysfunctional patterns are identified, they are addressed through targeted “reprogramming” techniques, helping the body relearn correct movement and muscle activation. Treatment is included within the session and tailored to your individual findings. This assessment is particularly beneficial for those with persistent pain, recurring injuries, or complex cases that have not fully resolved with standard treatment approaches.
