Service Description
At Physio Pattern MCR, this 30-minute assessment is focused on delivering a clear and accurate diagnosis of your condition. We carry out a structured evaluation of your movement, symptoms, and functional limitations to identify the root cause of your issue. No hands-on treatment is included in this session. Instead, the focus is on precise assessment findings and providing you with a tailored plan to move forward. You will receive individualised corrective exercises and professional guidance, based entirely on your assessment, to help you start improving independently. This option is ideal if you are looking for expert diagnosis, clarity on your condition, and a structured plan to address it effectively.
