At Physio Pattern MCR, this 45-minute assessment is designed to efficiently identify the root cause of your issue and begin your recovery process. We carry out a focused evaluation of your movement, symptoms, and functional limitations, followed by a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs. Some treatment is included within the session, however due to the shorter duration, the primary focus is on accurate diagnosis and targeted intervention rather than extended hands-on therapy. Your session may include a combination of manual techniques, corrective exercises, and the use of advanced rehabilitative medical devices, such as TECAR therapy, shockwave therapy, and laser therapy, to support pain reduction and early-stage recovery. This option is ideal if you are looking for a balance between assessment and initial treatment, with clear guidance on the next steps to continue your progress effectively.
