WHAT IS ANATOMY IN MOTION?

Gary founder of anatomy in motion explains feet mechanics.jpg

Anatomy in Motion philosophy is all about tackling the idea of creating an improved environment for movement, which requires a whole-body adaptation to alignment.

A whole nervous adaptation through plasticity and whole awareness shifts as to what is possible in a body that leads us to a Pain-Free and High - Performance  outcome.

HOW DOES AiM WORK?

Anatomy in Motion is looking at the relationship between pain that you might be experiencing and how the body moves in space.

After a thorough posture analysis and gait analysis an Anatomy in Motion certified therapist will create an environment where You can get more movement, more newness that restores your old forgotten patterns, the loss of which have led to today's inhibition.

BENEFITS FROM AiM?

Ultimately Anatomy in Motion is always trying to align the body and bring it back to a neutral position,

when this is achieved, and the body is balanced, pain, stiffness or discomfort starts to fade away.

By assessing the body as a whole and identifying the root cause of problems, AiM aims to restore natural movement patterns and improve overall function.

IS ANATOMY IN MOTION EFFECTIVE?

Yes, Anatomy in Motion (AiM) is considered an effective method for addressing a variety of movement-related issues, including chronic pain, injuries, and mobility limitations.

It's a holistic approach that focuses on understanding the interconnectedness of the body and how imbalances in one area can manifest as pain or dysfunction elsewhere.
